We ”Alakshak Kennels” believe that the focus of our kennel is the bond between people and their pets.  We dedicate ourselves to our dogs and their companions by providing comprehensive care and training to both pet and companion.

We are proud to be from Alaska!

  “Alakshak” was the original name for our state.  The Aleut people were the ones to have named our beautiful state.  When the Russians arrived they called it Alaska and it now stays that way.  So to honor two beginnings, the state and the breed we “Alakshak Kennels” have chosen to be here in Alaska, where it all began.
